I have never read the results of an autopsy after someone dies while scuba diving. It's a safe sport if reasonable caution is used. But no one is really looking into it. I don't even know how much of an investigation is conducted or if there is ever a final report. Too many deaths should get someone's curosity, shouldn't it?
